Ethereum (ETH) 1:00
There are hundreds of bad coins out there in the market, but there are a few coins out there are worth taking the risk and holding on to them for the long run, such as Ethereum, Cardano or Polygon Matic and Bitcoin. So be sure to watch the video ” Why You Need 5 Ethereum | Ethereum (ETH) Price Prediction” To get a better understanding as to why Ethereum could be a great investment for the long term!
Since its launch in 2015, Ethereum has skyrocketed in value, going from $1.50 per ETH to over $2,100 at the making of this video, with an all time high of roughly 4 thousand dollars.
The fast rise of Ethereum has turned many investors into millionaires. However, despite its rising value, few people know what Ethereum is or why it’s a smart investment, or why they should even HODL.
Ethereum is a public blockchain-based computing platform that is open-source. As a result, Ethereum is being utilized as a platform for creating ground-breaking applications (called dapps). And Ether is the digital currency that allows those programs to function.
When you buy Ethereum, you are actually buying ETHER. However, in the world of digital currency investing, the names Ethereum and Ether are frequently swapped.
Buying Ethereum involves investing in one of the most powerful blockchain systems available. And that platform’s potential is infinite!
Now, Ethereum is one of the my cryptocurrencies out there and the one that i’m most bullish about right now and there a couple of reasons right now, and one of those reasons is Ethereum 2.0. Now, Ethereum 2.0 is a collection of upgrades to the Ethereum blockchain that are to make the network more scalable, secure, and more sustainable. These improvements have been in the works since 2014, and they mark a significant shift for the world’s second cryptocurrency by market cap.
Ethereum is a decentralized network backed by the digital ledger blockchain technology that may be used to make digital payments, for people who are entirely new to the world of cryptocurrencies and blockchain. In contrast to Bitcoin, code may be created and written onto Ethereum’s blockchain network to construct smart contracts and decentralized apps that run continuously and cannot be manipulated or controlled by a third party.
Upgrades to Ethereum 2.0 will aim to vastly enhance the network. As the popularity of Ether and Ethereum has increased, the network has become increasingly congested with transactions. It can currently manage 15 to 45 transactions per second, which is remarkable, but not nearly enough to serve all of Ethereum’s users throughout the world. Transaction costs are also rising as a result of the increasing demand.
And if Ethereum 2.0, if correctly implemented, has the potential to be a total game changer. It will build a network capable of processing 100,000 transactions per second. It will also make Ethereum’s network far more sustainable by eliminating energy-intensive mining and introducing smart contracts to the rest of the world, therefore enhancing Ethereum’s real-world use.
Smart contracts, which enable all of these features, are algorithms that are programmed to perform a certain purpose when certain circumstances are satisfied. When the collateral is placed in the correct wallet or account for the peer-to-peer loan scenario, for example, the contract turns off the results lending the money. Faster execution, cheaper costs, and the absence of prejudice or human mistake are some of the benefits of utilizing a smart contract instead of a traditional lender.
