Follow along as I troubleshoot one of my crypto mining rigs to see why the hash rate drops to 0 constantly. After digging into the logs I found this error message: Fan Err! Disable PIC! Fan1 speed is too low 0 pwm 32.
After finding this error I found this support page from Bitmain that shows common issues for the ASICs.

I realized #8 is what was happening for me and followed the steps to figure out which fan was bad. If you swap the fans and it’s still saying the same rror and not Fan2 speed, then it’s probably a bad board instead.
