What you need to achieve this:
1. You need a RTX 3060 card 🙂
2. You need it connected to a PCIe 3.0 x16 or x16 in x8 mode. x4 does not work. PCIe 2 might not work as well. x16 to x16 risers WORK. Check the last minute of the video for the test.
3. NVIDIA Developers Beta Driver 470.05. This is the tricky part as NVIDIA removed the driver from their dev portal.
This is where the driver could be found the last time I checked:
Download at your risk as I can not be sure if this has no virus. When I checked, it was the same as the one I got from NVIDIA.
SHA checksum for the original driver:
4. You need a monitor or a screen emulator/HDMI dummy plug connected to your RTX 3060. Otherwise it will NOT work.
Just to get one thing straight. The USB type x1 risers do NOT work for now. Only the x16 to x16 and maybe x8 to x8 ribbon ones.
And if your motherboard has 2 x16 slots it does NOT mean 2 cards will work. Check of one of the slots is not x4. Don’t know how? Leave your MB model in the comments.
Happy RTX 3060 ETH mining.

Overclocking might damage your hardware. Extreme overclocking will do it for sure 🙂
